Welcome to the Healing Breath™
The Healing Breath™ is a physician endorsed respiratory retraining system designed to help reduce stress and promote wellness. This simple yet powerful system assists in healing for those who suffer from a wide range of health conditions. These can include diseases and disorders such as cancer, diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure. Healing can occur with disorders related to the nervous system and/or stress. Such conditions include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, postpartum depression, post traumatic stress disorder, and many more.
This system was developed by Stuart C. Lovett. Through his education and experience as an attunement practitioner and martial artist, and by learning about the breathing mechanics of newborn infants from the teachings of Uranda (pen name for Lloyd Arthur Meeker, founder of the Third Sacred School and of the energetic healing art of Attunement), Stuart recognized that, “We are born engaging in the Healing Breath™ naturally but are later trained to shift into a pattern of breathing that reverses the natural sequence.”
The Healing Breath™ is designed to improve one’s overall respiratory foundation. It fully supports other health related disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Callanetics, the martial arts, and more. By applying the Healing Breath™ as part of your regular daily routine and well-being programs, you’ll quicky see how this more natural respiratory function enhances every area of your life and your very being.
